In 1957<\/strong> Milena Bisesti and her husband Giovanni Lorenzini founded the Hotel Bisesti. The family gradually expands and over the years the children Giuseppe, Graziano, Pietro Luigi and Roberto, and the grandchildren Fabio and Laura, with Samuele, Luca and Mara, join the enthusiasm of their parents.<\/p>

The Lorenzini family has great sensitivity and attention to eco-sustainability; believes in renewable energy and begins a process to make the structure eco-sustainable. Thus, in 2009<\/strong>, 16 solar energy panels were installed.<\/p>

The \u201cGreen\u201d conversion continues and in 2014<\/strong> photovoltaic panels are installed for the production of electricity and for heating. The following year, in 2015, a breath of fresh air with the construction from scratch of the south wing of the Bisesti Hotel – with new green building technologies with “Xlam” wooden structure – which offers 24 exclusive Junior Suites. Yet at the beginning of 2022<\/strong>\u00a0and again in 2024<\/b> other photovoltaic panels were installed.<\/p>

A lot is what the family wants to do in the future, both to make the structure even greener and to offer the best services to its guests.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Our chef Donato<\/b>, new entry since 2024, has replaced our Giuseppe<\/b> who, after 47 years with us at Bisesti, has reached his well-deserved retirement.\nOur brigade offers simple and traditional dishes for the half-board dinner (three menus to choose from, each consisting of three courses) and express dishes for the small midday menu.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
